Junior Developer - Quality, Fraud & Security

morning is looking for a Junior Developer – Quality, Fraud & Security to guard our platform, solve production issues, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to keep our FinTech ecosystem secure and reliable.

In this role, you will help protect our data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of code quality and security.

In this high-agility role, you will not build massive architectural features from scratch instead, you will own issues end-to-end — from detection and investigation through resolution and production deployment. You will use our proprietary AI development agent as a core tool to analyze complex issues, craft targeted scripts, fix bugs, and ship production-ready solutions at speed.

What You'll Do

• Fraud & Security Task Force: Proactively hunt down system vulnerabilities, close security loopholes, monitor real-time logs on AWS, and analyze data in Databricks to detect and manage potential attacks instantly.
• AI-Powered Quality Domain: Drive bugs from definition to production using our proprietary AI tool to accelerate troubleshooting, code generation, and refactoring.
• Service Assurance: Monitor live traffic and system behavior to ensure peak performance, data integrity, and operational correctness across our SaaS platform.

• At least one year of actual development experience
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Gemini, Codex) as part of your regular development workflow, including debugging, code generation, and refactoring
• Demonstrate proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Vue, Angular, or React) and robust backend development using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Must have the ability to manage SQL queries on top of our BI system.
• Hands-on experience with one of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), Databricks, Git, GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity).
• Solid grasp of software architecture to easily trace issues and understand interactions across microservices and data streams.

• Cybersecurity experience and threat modeling awareness.
• Hands-on log analysis background.
