Description

Morning is looking for a Growth Manager who will be a part of the Marketing Department and works cross-functionally with multiple departments, including design, content, product, product marketing, sales, customer success, engineering, and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, optimize and scale paid search activity on Google Search.
  • Support other acquisition channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more.
  • Manage paid campaigns end of end, including budgets, bids, account structure, keywords, ad copy, landing page, creatives, conversion optimization, and more.
  • Develop paid media plans for specific product lines.
  • Responsible for launching SEO initiatives with our SEO expert.
  • Promote partnerships and other growth opportunities.
  • Improve conversion rates from various marketing assets: website, landing pages etc.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience leading and managing ppc campaigns.
  • Working experience with platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Autodidact: Highly skilled self-learner, eager to master new concepts independently, naturally analytic, and curious.
  • People-person with strong interpersonal skills who can work as part of a team.
  • Able to manage several cross-team projects.
  • Outstanding Excel & data analysis skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Hotjar, WordPress advantage.
