morning is looking for a Creative Content Manager to join our marketing team.

What You’ll Do:


Own Our Creative & Content Strategy

  • Lead and shape our creative and content direction across channels
  • Build multi-platform content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
  • Develop bold, original concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Turn business objectives into compelling brand stories

Lead Social Media End-to-End

  • Take full ownership of all social channels (organic + collaborations)
  • Plan and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars
  • Adapt messaging and creative to each platform
  • Build and nurture an engaged community
  • Manage influencer and partnership collaborations when relevant

Create, Produce, Execute

  • Write high-quality marketing content and execute campaigns independently (A–Z)
  • Lead photoshoots and content productions
  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and freelancers

Ensure all creative output is on-brand, high-quality, and impactful

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience creating digital content.
  • Proven experience leading creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking.
  • Excellent Hebrew writing skills.
  • Ability to independently lead and execute campaigns end-to-end.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
