what you will do:

  • oversee and coordinate all office administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • manage office supplies, equipment and facilities, ensuring everything is well-maintained and stocked.
  • serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • manage the office budget, ensuring expenses are tracked and kept within budgetary limits
  • assist to hr functions such as onboarding and welfare.
  • support accounting and finance tasks.
  • schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the ceo.

Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience in the role of office manager or operation manager in a high-tech company.
  • a true people person, friendly and positive ("can do" approach).
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • a proactive problem solver with a results-driven attitude.
  • ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • attention to detail.
  • availability for 80% position
