R&D Team Leader

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join morning and help build the next generation of fintech solutions at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, cloud-scale systems, and AI-powered innovation.

What You’ll Be Working On?

You’ll help shape and deliver a modern fintech platform built on:

• AWS cloud infrastructure, combining advanced serverless architecture and agentic AI systems
• Node.js backend services
• Vue 3 modern frontend

Your Impact

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Lead a team of 3–4 developers
• Own the technical and architectural direction of critical systems
• Combine hands-on development with strategic leadership
• Drive adoption of AI-powered and agent-based solutions
• Influence product decisions in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment
• Mentor developers and set a high bar for engineering excellence

What We’re Looking For?

• Strong experience with Node.js and modern web architectures
• Proven experience working in AWS / cloud environments
• Leadership or tech-lead experience with a strong ownership mindset
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-driven systems and agentic workflows
• Experience with large-scale systems — an advantage
